TE Data Egypt's major shareholder is Telecom Egypt owning 92.50% of the total number of shares. The rest is owned by 3 national banks; each owning 2.50% of the total number of shares respectively: National Bank of Egypt, Misr bank and Cairo bank. Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) is a modem technology that transforms ordinary phone lines (also known as "twisted copper pairs") into high-speed digital lines for ultra-fast Internet access. ADSL also enables access for telecommuters, as well as exciting new interactive multimedia applications such as multiplayer gaming, video on demand and video catalogs.
ADSL modems use digital coding techniques to squeeze up to 99% or more capacity out of a phone line without interfering with your regular phone services. That means you could be simultaneously talking on the phone or sending a fax- while surfing the World Wide Web.

 Prices include Jordan telecom fees (Monthly invoice fees)
 An Additional installation fees will be added for the new setup 40 JD and it will be subject to 16% sales tax.
 A special discount for Arab Bank employees will be as follows:
1. 5% dis. Of the annually subscription at speeds 128kbps and 256kbps.
2. 7% dis. Of the annually subscription at the speeds 512kbps(9GB) ,1024kbps(11GB)and 2048kbps(11GB).
